Small-Group Size
In the realm of group trips the groups can get pretty big when you're filling a big bus or two. After 20 years of doing this, we have found the sweet spot to be 16-22 people. That way you don't leave feeling like you were a part of a crowd and that there's enough people ensure a tight family-like bond. It's enough people to find "your people" and then also have time to become friends with those who might not always be "your people". It's a beautiful thing really.
